I had a couple of bites of my entree, which was supposed to be spicy, but it was almost flavorless. Then my eat in order comes in to go containers ( I see other diners with the same, so I assume this is not an oversight. I get that some places offer limited sit down service for economic reasons, but this was awful. Then, they sell cold drinks, but cannot provide a glass of ice. There was a fan, but that really doesn't make it bearable on a hot day. First, it is Summer and you have no air conditioning in your dining area. However, this places had problems beyond authenticity. My expectations as compared to eating food in Asia were low and I honestly have not found great Chinese food in upstate NY to date.
